What was the highlight of Maldron Hotel Brighton City Centre
Excellent overnight stay
The hotel is well located with restaurants and attractions only a short walk away. The hotel is new so it was very clean. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. There are 2 parking stations very close to the hotel.
Our room for 3 adults with luggage was a bit small but not a deal breaker.

The bedding was to hot for us, we prefer not such thick duvets and pillow very thick. Bed a little hard.

Although I experienced some hiccups - the manager resolved the matter for me by considering the appropriate actions and
The location was really good. Staff was extremely helpful and well mannered. I encountered a problem with room AC on one of the night - i was offerred a refund for that night’s stay by the manager MR Acharya - who looked into the matter when i raised it and resolved the dispute to a acceptable and satisfactory level.
It was busy in the time i was visiting- due to a conference- so couldn’t get an alternative room as hotel was fully booked.
